• The old motor's reference(ex: 562b)
• The roller tube's shape(ex: round or octogonal or round with a grove)
• The roller tube's inside diameter(ex: 50 mm/2" or 60 mm/2 3/8" or 70 mm/2 3/4" or 78 mm/3")

Learn more about the new Somfy product:
If your motor is over 9 years there is a good chance that your motor has been replaced by a new one. Somfy redesigned their motors.
Your "old" accessories will be not compatible with the new motor. You will need a new: Crown and Drive and new mounting plate. We are here to help with the accessories as well, this is why we are asking you to contact us with the roller tube shape and diameter.
Somfy also developed a new radio control system, now called "RTS" which requires to use a new remote control.
For Somfy motors with manual override (called "MOM" or "MO"), you also need to replace this part to be compatible with the new override system called "CMO".
These replacement are very easy to make thenceforth you know the parts.
